I bought a pair of tracking pants from them and I NEVER received them. They lied and told me they were delivered on July 31,2020 where in fact they were SHIPPED on that date NOT delivered. I NEVER received them. They also said they were shipped by FEDEX where in fact they supposedly were shipped by some company named BEST BUY. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
Placed an order for shoes listed as available as of today's date (10/27/20); received confirmation stating will ship in 5-7 days BUT estimated shipping date of 12/25/20! Called customer service... seems they are having system issues - shoes are not available. Customer service unable to cancel my order due to system problem. I go to their website - no place to cancel an existing order. Call, put on hold... 10 minutes and disconnected. Call again... holding.
Total waste of time. Poor website, poor customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes on (5-13-21).
Got the confirmation email shortly after along with another email saying they were on back order although they were supposedly in stock when I ordered them. I wear a size 14 and have a very difficult time finding shoes I like so I had no problem waiting on them to be in stock which was June 18th.
Checked on the status every day and the delivery date kept being pushed back until the point where it said July 3rd. Then yesterday (June 18th) came which was the original date they were supposed to ship them. I checked the status only to find out the order had been canceled without warning. Needless to say I was very angry. Not only because they did that but because I had really wanted this particular pair of shoes. The kicker though, the website still shows them in stock in my size.
Completely unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this company again and I highly advise other not to either.
Their products look NOTHING like the pictures. This stuff is crap! Nothing fits, all too small. I guess they use China models that have been starved to death.so i call the company on this help which is760

I hate it when I order something with American flags all over then find out it’s from sneaky China! ???????????? customer service just said “sorry we’re trying to improve”. BS!
Do not purchase from this company. The shoes received were not the brand they advertised. I am anxious to see how long it will take to make a return and receive my credit.
Why do you ship out with FEDEX and it takes a month to receive my shoes with alot of hassle of them changing their date of delivery and how they deliver it? BUT the return label we get is USPS and my return will arrive in 3 days?
Terrible customer service. I returned a pair of shoes because they looked worn. I have yet to receive my refund even though those shoes have been in their possession almost a month now. I will never shop with them again!!
Very poor. Sent my shoes back to exchange for a bigger size. 10 days later, I didn't hear a word. I called three times. They told me it would be at least two weeks to ship out the new pair. At that point I asked to cancel, and they said they would "put a note on my account", but no guarantee. Yccch!

This company is getting one star only because it has to get a star to write the review. 3 weeks and still no order. They blame fed ex. No one takes accountability. I asked if they do any surveys and Nancy the rep said she didn’t know, maybe at the end of the call. How do you not know? Do not buy from this company!!
Do not order shoes from Shoe Mall. I ordered $95 Brooks tennis shoes on 3/12/21. Free Shipping. I logged a request at 14 days as shoes not arrived. Apparently they have a “deal” with Fed-ex. I was told give it a few more days... Well as of today.. still no shoes. I am told they are in West Virginia .. No shoes.. had to purchase some from another site... Received.. No problem. Never ever again fro. This online store
I received my boots with no problems.
The only thing is that FedEx will deliver your package and sometimes they take longer than expected, after that I recommend Shoemall, just make sure it's your correct size.
You will receive your item, I will never buy stuff from any other place except eBay, but I took my chances with Shoemall and I received the boots with no problems, just make sure it's your correct size, the only thing is that they use FedEx. After that I recommend Shoemall 100%, I will buy from them again with no worries. Thank you Shoemall for being responsible and honest.

I have been dealing with Shoe Mall and it's parent company, Mason, for 25 or more years and have never been disappointed. I do miss the American-made shoes manufactured by Mason.
